What payment methods do we expect?

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has been shipped you will have to return for store credit as per our refund policy. Our refund policy on our website outlines the steps to take in doing this,  you can also email us at Hello@goodtimesandco.com.au or contact us via our contact page on our website.

If your order has not been shipped please email us at Hello@goodtimesandco.com.au to see if your order can be changed.

 

Can I return item/s for exchange or refund?

Yes, our refund policy can be found under the support tab on our website.

 

Do I pay postage costs when returning item/s to us?

Yes, each of our products have a size chart and we encourage you to please check all measurements to confirm you have the correct sizes before ordering. For any questions of help please email us at Hello@goodtimesandco.com.au or contact us via our contact page on our website. 

 

My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

Yes, we aim to have all orders shipped with in 1 -3 business days and will send you a Australia post tracking number when your order has been shipped.

 

Can I have my order shipped internationally?

Yes, we ship everywhere so everyone can share in the Good Times. Although we ask that before you check out with your order you email us at Hello@goodtimesandco.com.au so we can give you the correct shipping cost and estimated shipping time.

  

How long will my delivery take?

We offer standard shipping and express shipping. Standard shipping can be expected to take between 2 – 8 business days and express can be expected to take 1 – 4 business day. Please note that these times are from Australia post and out of our control.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Currently we are 100% online, we hope to offer this service as soon as possible.
